• Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist at the chosen point.
• Record the number on the tape that overlaps its zero end.
• Customise the measurement. If you want a snug fit, add 0.5 cm (0.2 inches); if you want a comfortable fit, add 1.5 cm (0.6 inches); or if you prefer a loose fit, add up to 2.5 cm (1 inch).
• Use your adjusted measurement on the sizing chart when shopping Firxly’s bracelets.

Leather may be finicky, but your Firxly leather bracelet is surprisingly simple to clean. This process will have your bracelet looking great.

• Get soap flakes or soap that is pH balanced for skin. Most soaps and detergents are alkaline, which can dry out the leather.
• Fill a bowl with as much water as needed and stir in the soap.
• If the bracelet was starting to feel stiff or dry before you cleaned it, add a teaspoon of olive oil to the water.
• Move the bracelet around in the soapy water to clean it. Rub it gently between your fingers in particularly dirty areas.
• When the bracelet is clean, rinse it thoroughly with warm water. Be sure to remove all of the soap residues.
• Gently squeeze the bracelet to remove excess water. Do not twist or wring it, only press it between your fingers to squeeze it.
• Stretch and reform the leather bracelet to its original shape with your hands to remove any wrinkles.
• Lay the bracelet out flat to dry or hang it to dry if preferred.
• Be sure the bracelet is fully dry before wearing it.

You are entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in case: 

• we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

• the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

• you comply with the procedure set out in our policy in relation to the return of the product.
