• Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist at the chosen point.
• Record the number on the tape that overlaps its zero end.
• Customise the measurement. If you want a snug fit, add 0.5 cm (0.2 inches); if you want a comfortable fit, add 1.5 cm (0.6 inches); or if you prefer a loose fit, add up to 2.5 cm (1 inch).
• Use your adjusted measurement on the sizing chart when shopping Firxly’s bracelets.

Silk is a delicate fabric and should be handled with care. However, your Firxly’s silk bracelet is fairly easy to clean. It has a natural tendency to release dirt quickly and does not always require dry cleaning to keep its quality.

• Fill a clean sink or bowl with very cold water.
• Add a very mild detergent to the water and agitate the water to mix in the soap.
• Gently handwash the silk bracelet by pulsing the water with your hand several times to move the soapy water through the fabric.
• Empty the sink or bowl.
• Rinse the item in cold water until all soap residue has been removed.
• Add a few drops of hair conditioner to the rinse water to keep the silk soft and flexible.
• Press the water out of the bracelet by rolling it in a towel. Do not twist or wring, as this will damage the bracelet.
• Hang the wet bracelet and allow it to air dry completely. Do not hang silk bracelet in the sun to dry.
• Do not iron.

You are entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in case: 

• we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

• the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

• you comply with the procedure set out in our policy in relation to the return of the product.
