• Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist at the chosen point.
• Record the number on the tape that overlaps its zero end.
• Customise the measurement. If you want a snug fit, add 0.5 cm (0.2 inches); if you want a comfortable fit, add 1.5 cm (0.6 inches); or if you prefer a loose fit, add up to 2.5 cm (1 inch).
• Use your adjusted measurement on the sizing chart when shopping Firxly’s bracelets.

It goes without saying that all gemstone bracelets must be cleaned frequently. You do not need any special appliances to clean Firxly bracelets, though.

• Most stones respond well to mild detergent and warm water.
• Scrub them using a soft brush, preferably a baby brush with soft bristles.
• Avoid scrubbing too hard else you may end up scratching the stone.
• Rinse the stone and dry it gently with the help of a soft, lint-free cloth.

We offer free standard delivery to all addresses in the Netherlands on all orders over EUR 75 (including VAT) and to all other addresses on all orders over EUR 100 (including VAT). On orders below EUR 75, select Standard method of delivery and charges will be EUR 3,80 with the typical period for delivery 1-3 working days. In respect of International delivery on orders below EUR 100, select International delivery and charges will be 7,75 EUR with the typical period for delivery 3-10 working days.

 

Return

 

You are entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in case:

• we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

• the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

• you comply with the procedure set out in our policy in relation to the return of the product.
